We are proud to be involved in the recruitment of participants for a comprehension study on an IVD safety guide.
We are seeking US-based Medical Laboratory Supervisors, Managers, or Analysts who work in labs conducting blood screening, mass spectrometry, or liquid chromatography. Participants should also have recent experience writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and managing assays for their team.
This is a 90-minute remote study divided into two parts. First, you'll meet the research team and receive a brief introduction to the product you'll be evaluating. After that, you'll have 30 minutes offline to review the Safety Guide. The final 45 minutes will focus on answering knowledge-based questions and providing feedback. Additionally, we’ll ask you to consider how the Safety Guide could help you in drafting an SOP.
You will receive a financial compensation of $300 for your time and feedback. This amount is based on current industry best practices and is kept as reasonable as possible to avoid any undue pressure to participate. Compensation will be paid via direct bank transfer within 72 hours of your participation.
The study will run until Wednesday October 16th and each 90-minute session will be scheduled at a specific time. Participants will need access to an internet-enabled computer with sufficient bandwidth, speakers, and a camera for video and audio communication.
